In this role, you will be responsible for executing all sales activities assigned to reach both financial and profitable targets. Provide world class service to customers through exceptional commitment and self-managed pro-activity and work totally committed to customer satisfaction, revenue generation and aligned with achieving the monthly set individual revenue targets.
As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:
- Research for new spanet opportunities in the Business aviation through follow up with existing client requests to gain spanet share and new requests to increase flights and revenue.
- Map out the potential customers and competitors by following up on each request. Prepare customer profiles to deliver the best services by understanding flight profiles, aircraft preferences, seasonality and competition they might us to generate new revenue and increase share of wallet from existing sources.
- Correspond with prospects and clients in a timely and accurate manner by keeping our clients updated even if we are waiting for an answer to ensure we are always the go to operator for their requires.
- Effectively sell QE fleet to customers by listening carefully to their requirements and proposing the best solution we can offer based on their requirements, ensuring we keep a high conversation ratio, drive revenue to the bottom line to eventually maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale and delivering the most suitable proposal and bringing the flight to fruition.
- Assess and resolve enquiries, request, needs and complaints, primarily on the telephone but also by other electronic channels, to ensure that the customer enquiries are resolved at first point of contact unless specialist knowledge or further investigation is required.
- Maintain electronic database of correspondence received, information given, services requested and complaints made to ensure accuracy of information and efficiency when dealing with customers to ensure we offer a premium experience to our customers and especially we tailor our offering to repeat customers. Encourage feedback on services provided, recognize the changing needs of the service we offer and make recommendations to the management for improvements.
- Ensure that in performance of the role, all uses, disclosures and requests of any information (in any form) are done in accordance with data protection principles adopted by the QR Group and are limited to what is reasonably required to accomplish the intended business purposes of the use, disclosure or request.
