Tasks
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for:
- Enters into transportation agreements with customers
- Processes customer requests & performs bookings as per the booking process & the Cargo Booking Manual
- Books standard & special products which include Other Airline segments & conducts a loadability & profitability check before offering a rate
- Makes quotations for ad hoc pricing requests following the rules of Target Pricing & considering profitability, the customer’s willingness to pay and upselling potentia
- Manages LTC bookings & shares information on allocation performance as well as new allocation potential with Outside Sales Representative
- Supports sales team to achieve revenue & tonnage budgets
- Manages account data in the CRM tools & communicates updates to relevant stakeholders
* Performs all other duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
- High school diploma / GED required
- Bachelors degree desirable
- 1-2 years of cargo experience or equivalent required
- Fluency in English and Korean language required
- Knowledge in Airfreight, Logistics, Transportation and Sales
- Advanced IT knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Knowledge of all relevant LH Cargo systems
