The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will lead and execute all efforts to support front line hiring needs. This role is responsible for sourcing, interviewing and matching qualified applicants for various positions in the Seattle spanet and across the US. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for assessing the technical and interpersonal skills of applicants to ensure they possess the skills necessary to be successful. You will also be responsible for maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates to fill regularly scheduled new hire classes using creative spaneting, social media messaging techniques, leveraging referrals, and partnering with local organizations.
Employees may also be responsible for performing other job duties occasionally as assigned.
The expected pay rate is $90,000/yr. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to create candidate pipeline to meet and exceed established hiring goals, including, but not limited to, database mining, Internet searches, direct sourcing, community organizations, networks, employee referrals, colleges and universities.
Proficiency and passion for research and sourcing through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, name generation research and networking
Able to communicate effectively both in-person and through written correspondences and presentations with candidates, peers, managers, and leadership. Bilingual Spanish communication skills a plus.
