We are seeking a dedicated Service & Repair Technician (NDT) to join our Aerospace team in Gul Circle, Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist Repair Operations team in NDT Process and inspection on aerospace components in the test methods such as FPI.
• Interpret and evaluate test results in accordance with applicable manuals such as NDT Honeywell Manual, CMM, IRM, S PM
• Identify and document defects in materials, structures, and components
• Can prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspection results
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards
• Train and mentor junior inspectors
• Attend audits with regulatory, customer and internal network audit
• ​Build and sustain the performance of the production line with minimal disruptions to the operations in terms of yield, rework, scrap
• Implement new process or methods in ensuring the productivity of the line through continuous improvement methodologies
• ​Build an integrative inspection procedure to suit the end deliverables of the site

MUST HAVE:

• Educational background: NITEC/NTC/ITE or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in NDT testing and inspection (FPI)
• Certification in relevant​ NDT methods (FPI Level II)
• ​Proficient in the use of NDT equipment and software
• Knowledge of various NDT techniques such as magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, and visual testing
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, develop analysis and make recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or anomalies
• Willing to work on permanent night shift

• Familiarity with safety, health regulations and the ability to adhere to safety protocols while performing inspections
