Job PurposeTo provide basic administrative or general office support. This role is typically focused on the completion of standardised tasks and work routines
- Provide driving services for department heads and ensure proper maintenance of company vehicles.
- Pack, sort, and distribute documents and mail in an organized and timely manner, following established guidelines and procedures. Highlight any discrepancies or exceptions to the supervisor.
- Prepare standard documents for distribution to internal and external departments, including photocopying, collating, scanning, faxing, laminating, and binding as required.
- Maintain general logs and standard reports, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. This includes basic data entry for timekeeping, forms, and applications, with management approval obtained when necessary.
- Organize and maintain departmental files, ensuring records are current and properly stored. Dispose of or recycle outdated documents according to retention policies.
- Ensure office hardware and equipment (photocopiers, telephones, fax machines, etc.) are functional and well-maintained.
- Order and maintain office stationery and supplies, keeping accurate transaction records.
- Provide routine administrative support, including typing, tracking appointments, liaising with clients, and assisting with general office tasks. Update staff on meetings, interviews, tests, and other relevant departmental activities.
10 Years of schooling or equivalent
Experience: General administration 1+ Years
QualificationExperience in an administrative or office environment. Knowledge/skills: Computer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel etc. Required language, English
