• Monitor surveillance cameras and equipment
• Access control systems, fire alarms, intrusion detection systems and other protective equipment/systems
• Monitor and log radio transmissions using call signs
• Answer the telephone, take messages
• Maintain Duty Log in legible manner
• Dispatch and/or notify Security Guards of all unusual activity
• Report and document same, summon resources and coordinate emergency personnel responding to emergencies and document same

• Must be US Citizen
• All personnel must be able to pass a favorably single scope background investigation (SSBI) prior to commencing work
• All Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Be in possession of a valid Social Security Card issued by the Social Security Administration
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess either a high school diploma or a GED equivalency certificate
• Be able to speak English fluently, read and comprehend written English, and compose coherent written reports in English
• Be in possession of a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle in his/her state of residence
