We are looking for a Jr Commissary Specialist to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic operational environment. You will be responsible for supervising and verifying the proper loading and unloading of commissary supplies on aircraft, ensuring compliance with Aeromexico’s quality, service, and safety standards.

Educational requirements:

• High school diploma completed.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience:

• Experience in quality control and operational processes.
• Experience in airport or logistics operations is a plus.
• Handling basic office equipment.
• Internal and/or external customer service experience.
• Follow-up and preparation of operational reports.
• Coordination and communication with vendors and internal teams.
