Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on composite fabrication, including lay-up, bagging, forming, bonding, and assembly according to established work instructions and drawings.

• Set up and operate composite fabrication machinery, including CNC and automated lay-up equipment.

• Prepare tools and materials for composite processing, including applying release films and performing surface prep.

• Operate overhead cranes and other material handling equipment as needed.

• Interpret and follow detailed engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED and typically 1+ year of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience in composite fabrication, including lay-up and bonding processes.

• Proficiency in machine operation for composite part production.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and follow detailed work instructions.

• Familiarity with tool preparation and automated fabrication machinery.

• Experience operating an overhead crane is preferred.
