The Boeing Company is looking for a Test Program Integrator to join our team in Seattle, WA.

As a Test Program Integrator across a broad portfolio of Commercial and Military Development Programs, you’ll drive the future of Test Program Management — shaping how we define, validate, and deliver test requirements. You’ll join a cross‑functional team to develop and fuse requirements into practical solutions, craft program plans, and lead implementation. Reporting directly to the Test Program Managers and often speaking on behalf of the BT&E organization, you will be the technical architect and integrator who turns complex challenges into elegant, operational reality.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Test Program Integrators.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead execution of Test Program Management best practices
Partners with airplane design engineering counterparts to co-lead the development of test requirements
Works cross-functionally to support BT&E Lab Test NW program/project plan and integrate with key stakeholders.
Leads Cost-Effective Verification and Validation methods
Applies lessons learned to the improvement of test procedures
Guides teams that design test hardware, software and systems to achieve test program objectives
Provides oversight on Test Program deliverables to customer
Develop baselines and manage change to Statement Of Work, Requirements, Cost, Schedule, Risk/Issues/Opportunities, and Supply Chain
Lead development and approval of Estimates/Proposals
Manage communications of plan and performance to plan across stakeholder teams and up-and-out with stakeholder leadership
Facilitate battle-rhythm with execution teams to drive performance to plan
Support and contribute to leadership strategy and business operations for Lab Test NW
Is proactive, works under minimal direction and trains others
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
3+ years of experience in product development and/or product design
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 4: 8 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience interacting with customers to coordinate testing requirements and schedule
2+ years of experience in test procedure development, test execution, and test reporting
2+ years of experience working in a laboratory environment
2+ years of experience working in a flight test environment

Summary Pay Range for Experienced Level (Level 3): $111,350 – $150,650
Summary Pay Range for Senior Level (Level 4): $135,150 – $182,850
