The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Logistics Integrator in San Antonio, TX. This position will support the F/A-18 Service Life Modification (SLM) Program and aligns to BGS Global Engineering & Operations. The individual will report to the St. Louis F/A-18 Integrated Support Planning & Management (ISP&M) and Customer Support Engineering team within Boeing Global Services.
The F/A-18 ISP&M team supports USN/USMC F/A-18 and EA-18G customers. The focus of this position will be providing support for the F/A-18 Service Life Modification (SLM) program assisting the SLM Logistics Lead to ensure Integrated Logistics Support program requirements are successfully achieved.
The ideal candidate has a depth of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) knowledge, experience in multiple ILS disciplines, is familiar with modification line support and has past experience leading a team in executing a statement of work. The candidate must be responsive, have strong communication and analytical skills.
Position Responsibilities
Supports the SLM logistics lead and acts as back-up
Ensure systems, processes and controls are in place to effectively manage support in the SLM environment
Prepare and present SLM Logistics status at Program Management Meetings (PMM)
Attends Engineering Change Boards and provide Logistics decisions which impact support
Identify ILS related risks, conduct risk assessments, and establish applicable closure
Validate required technical information and processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure
Organize and participate in technical coordination meetings, ILS reviews, IPT coordination meetings and design reviews
Research, documents and provides technical information and supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure
Tracks established performance metrics and customer requirements
Develops and validates standard deliverables per contract requirements
Coordinates between organizations and assists in the development and implementation of support products
Manages Program Support Equipment and tooling including procurement, maintenance (repair, calibration, Periodic Maintenance (PM), record keeping, storage, and transfers
Coordinates between multiple sites to ensure readiness and availability of equipment
Works with USN SLM Program, Navy Supply and Fleet to manage SLM tooling and SE requirements
Provides Status and tracking of all SLM Government Property
Supports and briefs at Program Tier Meetings, and customer-facing program reviews
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years or relevant experience in multiple Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements and their products (Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Training, Maintenance Planning, Facilities & Infrastructure, Retrofit, Provisioning, Supply Chain)
3+ years of experience with military aircraft logistics or maintenance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant aircraft sustainment experience
Military aircraft modification program experience
Experience with F/A-18 aircraft
Previous USN customer experience
Military Support Equipment/Tooling management
Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience
Experience in utilizing Program Management Best Practices (PMBPs)
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10 of the time.

Summary pay range: $118,150 - $159,850
