Our client, a well-established and long-standing Part 145 MRO service provider, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their facility in Greenville, South Carolina. Join one of America's most accomplished companies involved in maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and avionics upgrades for corporate and defense aircraft.

The Maintenance Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the repair station, including but not limited to:

• Work scope, staffing, compliance, and profitability. 
• Regulatory compliance, both external and internal:
• FAA, OSHA, EPA, HAZMAT, EEOC, company SOP, 145 Repair Station, AS9110.                                                             
• Ensure exceptional customer service and quality standards.
• Interface with technicians, department managers, customers, and the FAA in a responsive and professional manner.

• Three years of supervisory work experience in an MRO environment
• Airframe & Powerplant certification
• Five years of experience performing maintenance on corporate aircraft
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership and motivational skills
