Are you our new CRM Delivery Manager? Norwegian is looking for a commercially oriented CRM Delivery Manager to join our CRM/Marketing & eCom department. Our team works with CRM campaigns and communication strategies, as well as collaborating with our Marketing and Sales department. This position is located in our modern offices in Barcelona.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Implementation and operationalization of customer segments, predictive models and triggered based communication
- Creating strategies and tactics aimed at increasing customer engagement and value through multi-channel, targeted communication
- Analysis of customer data and CRM communication results. Drawing and presenting conclusions and recommendations in the form of presentations and / or workshops
- Building and evaluate business cases
- Managing annual/ quarterly and weekly campaigns calendar, and activity levels for Norwegian and Norwegian Reward
- Team management
- Project management
You are our ideal candidate if:
- Minimum 3 years of experience from a similar role or/and as consultant in CRM area
- 2+ years experience in team management
- Advanced in analytics and strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Outstanding ability to draw conclusions and present them in an understandable way to people who do not have expertise in the given area
- Excellent command of English (written and oral)
- Commercially, analytical oriented and pro-active in the use of data for improving results
