Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Operations Manager for a permanent position in Portland. This role offers a stable career in aviation, focusing on managing the service center for corporate aircraft, including scheduled maintenance and service bulletins for models such as Falcon, Beechcraft, and Citations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service center maintenance operations, balancing time between the floor and the office.
• Supervise and oversee maintenance work without direct involvement in wrenching.
• Coordinate team schedules and update the General Manager and Vice President of maintenance.
• Oversee the service center shop, consisting of 17 mechanics across three shifts.
• Utilize knowledge of corporate aircraft maintenance practices and shop structure.

• A&P License
• 1+ years of Lead A&P Mechanic experience in a corporate Service Center environment
• Eligibility for FAA safety-sensitive hire

• Supervisor or Manager experience in a corporate service center

Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
