·         Physical Stamina: Welders Helpers need to be physically fit to handle the demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and working in various positions. 

·         Mechanical Aptitude: A basic understanding of tools, equipment, and mechanical processes is helpful. 

·         Attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision are important in preparing materials, assembling components, and ensuring quality. 

·         Teamwork: The ability to work effectively with welders and other team members is essential. 

·         Following Instructions: Welders Helpers must be able to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions. 

·         Safety Awareness: A strong commitment to safety and the ability to identify and address potential hazards are crucial. 

Basic Knowledge of Welding: While not required to weld, some knowledge of the process can be beneficial
