We are seeking an experienced C-130 Flight Control Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our team in Greenville, SC. In this role, you will plan, lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair both internal and external aircraft structures for aircraft modification in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations. Work will include flight control surface repairs, fabrication, and installation using thinner gauge materials, as well as back shop repair and part fabrication.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair aircraft structures and surfaces.
• Perform repairs and modifications to flight control surfaces using thinner gauge materials.
• Conduct back shop fabrication and repair of aircraft structural parts.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Ensure all work meets FAA and company quality standards.
• Operate shop equipment and tools to complete assigned tasks.
• Inspect completed work to verify conformance to specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with all safety policies.

• Minimum 8 years of recent aircraft structures/sheet metal experience.
• Experience with flight control repair, thinner gauge material work, or back shop fabrication/repair required.
• Part fabrication and general aviation repair experience preferred.
• Must be able to work either 1st shift (5:30 AM – 4:00 PM) or 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 1:30 AM).
• Shift will be assigned after completion of training.
• Company-provided tools – no personal tools required.
• Must be able to start on-site in Greenville, SC on September 8, 2025 with all required documents completed.
• Must be able to provide proof of United States Citizenship and have a Valid U.S. Drivers License
