What You’ll DoAs an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the hero behind the machines, ensuring our heavy industrial equipment hums along safely and efficiently. You’ll:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Supervise and guide operators on proper equipment use.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, including equipment overhauls.
Develop spare parts purchasing plans and contribute to cost control strategies.
Conduct regular inspections to eliminate safety hazards and ensure compliance.
Perform mechanical maintenance on forklifts and crane equipment.
Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery.
Collaborate with other departments to keep production running smoothly.
What You BringStrong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and electrical systems.
Hands-on experience with industrial machinery, heavy equipment, and maintenance procedures.
Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in varied industrial conditions.
Work 12 hour shifts.
Bonus Points:
Experience with 3-phase motors or production-line machinery.
Familiarity with CAD, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks.
Fluent in English and Spanish for workplace communication and reporting

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
