The Station Trainer is responsible for delivering effective and compliant training to new and existing employees across all operational functions. Using a combination of classroom instruction, Learning Management System (LMS) platforms, and proimarily structured On-the-Job Training (OJT), the trainer ensures all staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to meet company, regulatory, and customer standards. This role plays a key part in fostering a culture of safety, performance, and continuous learning.
