What are your contributions to the team?
• Month closing process. (Policies, register of reconciliations and analysis of variations), support Level 1 Finance Agent.
• Audit compliance (E&Y, GCCG, Hard Close), support to get evidence from system.
• Follow up the Master Materials in SAP (create part numbers, make analysis of prices differences,
• Inventory accuracy control. Physical counting validations with Logistic teams.
• Reconciliation of inventory accounts (Raw material). Support level 1 Finance agent to retrieve reports to prepare reconciliations back up.
• Support FBP (level 3 Finance agents) to retrieve data from PBI to build unit cost.
• Support FBP to follow information from Operations teams.
• Support to make validations during S4 migration.
How to thrive in this role?
- You are recent graduate or within 2 years of completing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- You have knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices
- You have analytical and detail – oriented skills
- You have Advanced English proficiency, able to understand and engage in conversations
- You have teamwork skills
- You are proactive
- You have oral and written communication skills
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced).
- You have excellent organizational skills
