About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for the design of the new uniforms including maintaining and improving current uniform designs through keeping ahead of industry innovations. You will also manage the design process from conception through evaluation to final approval ensuring alignment with QR policies and procedures
As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:
- Contribute to developing uniform designs in line with the stakeholder brief to ensure a coherent, functional
- product in agreement with business strategy.
- Prepare for design meetings for approval of designs by presenting design concepts to stakeholders through
use of design storyboards, physical samples etc. - Maintain a product catalogue for Group Uniforms Department scope, complete with product details.
- Support with Pre-production sample reviews and comments sent to suppliers in conjunction with the Quality Team to ensure correct product.
