Key Responsibilities:

• Support tooling concept development, design, and drafting activities using Unigraphics (NX) and/or CATIA V5.
• Provide manufacturing engineering support on the shop floor, including machine shop and product assembly operations.
• Perform DFA/DFM analyses for composite, machined, sheet metal, and plastic components and assemblies to ensure manufacturability and quality.
• Support the definition and execution of installation and assembly sequences for complex aerospace assemblies.
• Support trim and finish processes on final aerospace products in compliance with quality and engineering requirements.
• Execute assigned tasks proactively and independently, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare, update, and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / aerospace engineering or equivalent.
• 1–4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, tooling design, or shopfloor manufacturing support.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on shopfloor experience; aerospace or automotive industry experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and methods.
• Proficiency in Unigraphics (NX); exposure to CATIA V5 is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of engineering drawings, BOM, GD&T, and AS91002 quality standards.
• Experience or exposure to Teamcenter PLM preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exposure to automation, macros, or digital manufacturing tools.
