Join Honeywell as an Advanced EMC Design Engineer and play a key role in shaping the future of aerospace technology. You’ll design innovative EMC solutions or enhance existing designs, performing advanced analysis and simulations to ensure the Electromagnetic Compatibility of our products.

• Design new EMC solutions or enhance existing ones.
• Perform functional analysis and simulations with a focus on Electromagnetic Compatibility.
• Contribute to design reviews, support both digital and analog design, and lead project initiatives.
• Apply your expertise across all hardware development phases and adapt to diverse technical challenges.
• Create EMC Control Plans, review and approve EMC Qualification Test Procedures and Reports, and collaborate with customers on EMC-related topics.

• Associate’s degree or higher in Electrical Design, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in EMC and/or analog design.
• Strong proficiency in EMC design, solid understanding of DO-254, and familiarity with Mentor Graphics tools and engineering documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver technical presentations to customers. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of EMC standards such as MIL-STD-461 and DO-160G, along with a solid grasp of aerospace design principles.
• Reliable, ethical, and self-motivated professional with a customer-focused mindset and willingness to travel for training and meetings.
