Top Technical Skills
- Ability to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
- Experience with aircraft electrical systems troubleshooting and fault isolation.
- Proficiency conducting electrical system functional testing.
- Ability to document findings accurately and follow detailed work instructions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to support team operations.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 1+ years of aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing experience.
- 1+ years of electrical assembly and/or working with electronic materials.
- 1+ years of avionics troubleshooting, wire bundle installation, and aircraft electrical systems troubleshooting.
- 1+ years using computers for internet navigation, email, Microsoft Office, or specialized applications.
- 1+ years reading, interpreting, and following detailed blueprints, drawings, or specifications (in English).
Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to perform essential physical tasks, including:
- Working variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
- Flexion/extension of the head/neck.
- Handling, kneeling, bending at the waist, and overhead reaching.
- Standing, walking, twisting, crawling, crouching, and squatting.
- Climbing/balancing on stairs, ladders, poles, scaffolding, or inclined surfaces.
Additional Notes
- These positions are variable shift roles; contractors must be available for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift depending on business needs.
- 8–10 weeks of training will be provided.
