The Product Support and Maintenance and Operations team within the Boeing Information Digital Technology and Security (IDT&S) division is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Mid-Level Systems and Data Analyst to join the team in Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Berkely, MO; or Hazelwood, MO.
The Systems and Data Analyst will be key in helping several defense programs manage their collaboration tools integrated digital environments. This person is responsible for delivering and managing collaboration solutions for multiple internal and external defense customers. Day-to-day tasks include managing permissions, supporting SharePoint functionality, training new content owners, and ensuring compliance with security protocols and requirements. This experienced analyst will also serve as a key point of contact for US Airforce (USAF), US Navy (USN), and Boeing employees regarding access management and troubleshooting of collaboration tools.
Position Responsibilities:
Communicates and trains while being comfortable working with business stakeholders at various levels
Leads the team to drive solutions and progress
Manages Active Directory security groups’ permissions to SharePoint sites and file shares based on requests from Content Owners
Trains new KC-46 Content Owners and Delegates on integrated digital environment, access management, and tools functionalities
Supports and maintains document management system functionality, including custom workflows and forms in SharePoint and application of unique permissions on Document Libraries and nested file share folders
Manages KC-46 Access Control Policy (ACP) deviation documentation and approvals for contingent labor (non-contractor) access
Oversees forms management and assists with program Finance via the System for Tracking Automated Requests (STAR)
Ensures processes adhere to Information Technology (IT) and cybersecurity best practices including Information Protection Standards Manual (IPSM), Computing Security Standards Manual (CSSM), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance
Provides advanced technical support and guidance for issues, ensuring high performance, security, and availability of IT systems; diagnose and resolve technical issues, and implement appropriate solutions
Coordinates system upgrades and integration of new technologies, ensuring stakeholders are informed of migration outages
Analyzes and documents business processes to identify trends, patterns, and insights useful to direct implementation for diverse stakeholders
Identifies and prioritizes opportunities for process and efficiency improvements and communicates to stakeholders
Provides input on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensure alignment to quality solutions
Performs research to determine customer needs, work with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand and document requirements, and educate the Business on IT service offerings
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with Active Directory and security group management.
3+ years of experience in SharePoint administration, including custom workflows and forms
1+ years of experience working with ITAR, DFARS, NIST, CSSM, IPSM and other export control and data management and security standards
Experience managing security documentation and compliance processes
Experience managing projects and prioritizing work
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with STAR system and access management protocols
Experience as a self-starter with an ability to take broad swaths of information and synthesize them for simplicity
Experience working with military and government customers (USAF, USN)

Summary pay range: $87,550 - $126,500
