About the role
The Loyalty Campaign Specialist is responsible for support in the implementation of the loyalty strategy driving revenue and loyalty KPIs including redemption, collection, penetration, acquisition and average transaction value (ATV) from known customers. The role will work closely with the QR Loyalty team (who own the customer and management of execution in all Privilege Club channels) to collaboratively execute campaigns delivered across channels. The role will also work closely with the Retail & F&B Operations teams on training and communications for all loyalty processes delivered across the group.
Along with key stakeholders, work to solve key business and customer problems through delivery of key campaigns, as well as delivery of the agreed overarching retail loyalty strategy.
In cooperation with Head of Loyalty proactively plan and implement key activities to support KPI performance metrics including collection, redemption, revenue, penetration and ATV, leveraging the expertise of Retail, F&B, Digital, IT and QR Loyalty teams.
Lead the creative process for campaigns with internal and external agencies, to ensure campaign delivery in accordance to an agreed creative campaign brief.
Co-ordinate the delivery of personalised Retail & F&B campaigns working closely with the QR Personalisation Team to identify priority segments and propositions.
Delivery unique and impactful brand collaborations driving both and brand KPIs.
Lead delivery and ongoing evolution of Avios currency activity across HIA to increase awareness of the Avios proposition at.
Co-ordinate the execution of Privilege Club acquisition at HIA to increase volume of known customers across QRG, enabling deeper personalisation of campaigns.
Collaborate with QR Loyalty Proposition team to execute Privilege Club proposition enhancements implemented at.
Proactively track campaigns after deployment using data and insight to ensure campaigns are continually optimised whilst in spanet.
Drive performance through a test and learn approach to campaign optimisation.
Manage completion of all campaign reporting via presentations and use of data to provide recommendations for future activity.
Co-ordinate & manage delivery of all materials required for the evolution of the Avios & Privilege Club training programmes for Retail & F&B teams.
Provide regular updates to the Operations Teams on Loyalty performance to drive focus and KPIs.
Lead execution and deployment of campaign assets within Retail stores and F&B outlets.
Coordinate communications and updates for ‘Avios Ambassadors’ who are our champions to help drive loyalty performance.
Work proactively and collaboratively across the business where appropriate in order to achieve strong working relationships.
Work proactively with other key customer facing stakeholders to ensure end to end delivery for campaigns and journeys, ensuring a seamless execution.
Proactively manage time and priorities with line manager, ensuring blockers are raised with recommendations, in a timely manner to keep deliverables on-track and drive efficiency.
