Amentum is currently seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler III to support the PM Soldier Survivability (PM SSV) project office under Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier, Ft. Belvoir, VA. This position will afford you an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and cohesive team whose mission is to provide and rapidly deliver enhanced protection, individual equipment, and aviation life support capabilities, which provides combat overmatch and facilitates mission execution.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize and direct work, coordinating the efforts related to designing, developing, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Apply principles of project management, developing large and complex schedules
- Perform program schedule analysis to include: Metrics, Critical Path, Float and schedule variances
- Build and maintain a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and Government sources.
- Monitors OEM schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances.
- Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances
- Act as a scheduling subject matter expert and mentor the program staff with regards to scheduling
- Understand and has facility with enterprise-level scheduling software
- Propose processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and twelve (12) or more years of related work experience
- Must have an Active US Government Secret Clearance. Please note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Government Clearance.
- Expert knowledge in the use of MS Project
