Responsibilities:
Deliver technical training to aerospace personnel with a focus on fabrication, assembly, composites, and quality systems.
Apply effective instructional strategies, including preparation, delivery, assessment, and remediation, to ensure successful learning outcomes.
Use various media and teaching techniques to engage learners and ensure content retention.
Identify business-specific learning objectives and tailor curriculum content and delivery methods accordingly.
Assess organizational training needs and coordinate scheduling for courses and instructors.
Validate and manage training requests for new hires, recalls, and internal transfers.
Provide support for training activities across all shifts as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and typically 6+ years of related experience; or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience; or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Strong background in Fabrication, Assembly, Composites, and/or Quality Systems within an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
