We will entrust you to Monitor and manage crew assignments in real-time, ensuring that all flights are adequately staffed with the required crew members
Address and resolve operational disruptions quickly, such as crew sickness, delays, or other unforeseen issues
Act as the primary point of contact for crew members, providing them with updated schedules, flight changes, and other necessary information
Ensure that crew schedules comply with regulatory requirements and airline policies regarding duty hours, rest periods, and other legal constraints
Collaborate with other departments, such as Flight Operations, Ground Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate records of crew assignments, changes, and disruptions
What you will need to succeedAt least 1 year work experience
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, attention to detail, as well as a high level of accuracy
Ability to manage stress effectively and maintain focus during emergencies or operational disruptions
Fluency in English language
Good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with others
Comfortable with software, data entry, analysis, and reporting tools
Ability to work in shifts
